This is exactly what you should be doing right NOW! Almost 90% of all borrowers never even remember their mortgage brokers name let alone their phone number to call them to take advantage of the amazingly low rates available.
Today, I called just a portion of my past borrower list, 155 people to be exact. I only called one third, because that is all I want to work with right now.
No, I did not call 155 people individually! I recorded a message and sent it out automatically through a voice blast.
You need to do this exact same thing if you haven't already. Rates are dropping and chances are your past borrowers qualify for a better loan then what you gave them before!
Here is how the script started out:
"This is Nate Kennedy and I am calling you because within the last 3 years we have worked for you and I wanted to personally say thank you for choosing us with your mortgage planning needs.
To many times we get caught up in our everyday lives and forget to acknowledge the people that truly matter. That person is you!"
I finished this out with an example of saving money, a call to action, and a direct way to contact me.
